Siege of Bastogne

RR is over! The Germans have just launched a major offensive through Belgium and we have just been called back up. All hell has broken loose and Eisenhower is
putting us right in the middle of it. We will be be locating transport to the town of Bastogne right in the middle of the German advance. Grab your gear and take what
ammunition and grenades you can find. We might be there a while, so bring warm clothes too. Dismissed.
Event:
Private tactical battle for members of AG44 and our guests.
Combat on the Western Front during the Battle of the Bulge, the last great German offensive.

Host Unit:
V Corps for the Allies and Grossdeutschland for the Axis
Scenario:
Axis mopping up after a rapid advance.
This will be an objective based event with several unique additions in the field.
Impression:
Western Front on the German-Belgian border, period accurate impressions only
December 1944 to January 1945

Accommodations:
This is a barracks event. Buildings have power and are heated. Space is limited. Final arragements will be made through the unit commanders.
Water and fire wood is available on site.
Food is to be provided on unit basis. A hosted meal may be had Saturday evening and Sunday morning.
Vehicles:
Always welcome, but winter weather may limit movement. Horses welcome.
Location:
Outside of Harvard, ID. Exact location will be provided by the Unit Commanders.
Schedule of Events:
You may arrive on site on Friday any time after 14:00 hours.
Saturday and Sunday battle and formation no later than 09:00.

Unit leaders, please obtain an accurate headcount two weeks before event date to determine barracks situation
